 Depending on the destination and order size delivery times (business days) will vary:
  • Standard Aus post 
    • Same state (VIC) 2- 4 days
    • Interstate 3 - 6 days
  • Express Aus post 
    • Same state (VIC) 1- 2 days
    • Interstate 1 - 3 days

Cookies are individually sealed and so will taste great even when delivered within these time frames 😀

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT THE  DELIVERY ADDRESS

The delivery address must be an enclosed secure area:

  • Sheltered from the weather
  • Not easily seen by passers-by
  • Easily accessible to the deliverer
If the order can be left in an enclosed secure area, it will be left at their door, reception or similar.
If we can't deliver it to the person securely, we won't leave their cookie order at their address. Instead, it may be returned to cookie cookie delivery.
A re-delivery fee applies. Their cookies will need to be re-delivered. If the re-delivery fee is not received within 2 days of failed delivery attempt, the order will be cancelled without refund (don't worry this situation is very rare!). Please note any delays will affect how long the cookies will stay fresh. This is because of the perishable nature of edibles.
The best way to avoid this is to be sure that the delivery address is secure someone will be home during the delivery times or get the cookies delivered to yourself to pass onto the recipient!
